According to the departmental monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia as of October 8, in the Republic of Buryatia, the average price of cattle for slaughter by producers was 185,000.00 RUB/t, chilled beef and veal (in half-carcasses) — 475,000.00 RUB/t, chilled pork (in half-carcasses) — 252,893.54 RUB/t. The selling price of raw milk from cattle (first grade) was 31,200.00 RUB/t. The average price for processors of whole pasteurized milk with 3.2% fat content in Buryatia was noted at 112,833.43 RUB/t. Chicken eggs of the first category were sold on average at 113.20 RUB/dozen. The cost of onion in the wholesale segment was 28,118.94 RUB/t, white cabbage — 21,413.46 RUB/t, apples — 102,190.40 RUB/t. The cost of short-term storage bread made from wheat flour was recorded at 84,000.00 RUB/t, and from rye-wheat flour — 56,000.00 RUB/t.
