"In individual farms, mainly in the central, south-eastern regions, where there was insufficient snow cover or an ice crust formed, there may be a need for partial reseeding. However, there is no issue on a national scale. We will form the final conclusions at the end of February - beginning of March after summarizing data from all regions," noted Taras Vysotskyi. According to him, in the autumn, farmers sowed over 5 million hectares of winter grain crops and more than 1 million hectares of rapeseed.
