In the 2018-2019 agricultural cycle, these efforts resulted in a revenue of over 30 million 570 thousand pesos. Michoacán ranks 9th nationally in peanut production, a crop that is highly valued for its versatity in the food industry, whether used in savory snacks or sweets.
