Between January and November 2024, Peru exported 331.9 tons of cherimoya, a fruit, to 11 countries, with Chile being the main importer. The export presentations included fresh fruit and frozen pulp. Small farmers in Lima, Cajamarca, Apurímac, Junín, and other Peruvian departments benefit from this production. The main exporting companies were Unión de Negocios Corporativos, Agro Alimentos Andinos, and Cotrina Exports, accounting for 57.3%, 12%, and 5.4% of the shipments, respectively.
