for Export and Tourism (Promperú), brought together 10 Peruvian organizations, including cooperatives and companies, and managed to set up important business meetings with roasters, importers, and key players in the sector. It was highlighted that the projections amount to US$ 1.2 million in business intentions over 12 months, in a context of growing consumption of specialty coffee in Chile. The fair was a stage to present varieties from different producing regions, highlighting their sensory profiles and cultivation conditions, in addition to conducting tastings aimed at expanding knowledge about the Peruvian offer and opening the door to new negotiations.
