A Peruvian delegation has successfully promoted over 42 million dollars worth of national seafood products at a international event in Boston. The products, including Mahi mahi and squid derivatives, received significant interest from the global fishing sector. The delegation also engaged in business meetings with over 890 retail buyers and participated in discussions on sustainable development and innovation. The products were showcased under the Super Foods Peru brand, highlighting their sustainability, quality, and protein content. The event is part of Peru's strategy to establish itself as a reliable and sustainable supplier of seafood and aquaculture products, with the United States being the primary market for these products.
