Peru's table grape exports have seen a significant increase of 40% in the first three months of the 2023-2024 campaign, reaching US$ 1,058 million, according to the Association of Exporters (ADEX). This surge is attributed to climate change advancing the campaign and a rise in demand from Asian countries. Despite exporting over 50 grape varieties, the US remains Peru's primary market. However, the most substantial growth in exports was observed in Hong Kong, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Mexico, and Guatemala.
