The update aims to protect income in the countryside in the face of the difference between market prices and the guarantee value. The list is prepared by the National Supply Company (Conab), based on price surveys, and validated by the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Family Agriculture (MDA), responsible for publishing the ordinance. The survey of prices registered in January points to differences between the minimum guaranteed value and the average commercialization in various states.
