A recent collaboration between Brazil and Chile, facilitated by various government and embassy officials, has led to the implementation of a 'pre-listing' system for establishments in the animal protein sector. This innovation, aimed at simplifying the qualification process for Chilean markets, particularly for poultry, pork, and beef products, bypasses the need for on-site health inspections. The agreement, applauded by the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA), is set to streamline the authorization of refrigerated plants, enhancing market access and showcasing Brazil's commitment to Chile's food security.
