The article highlights the significant increase in grain and grain product exports from the Primorsky Territory and the Sakhalin Region in Russia, with a total of 333,247.1 tons exported between January and April 2021, a rise of 51.9 thousand tons from the same period in 2020. The primary recipients of these exports include China, Japan, Vietnam, and the Republic of Korea, with China receiving the largest share at 200.1 thousand tons, mainly consisting of soybeans and corn. Japan's imports included 56.8 thousand tons of corn, alongside significant shipments of soybeans and buckwheat, while Vietnam received 46.6 thousand tons of wheat. The Republic of Korea received 24.1 thousand tons of grain, primarily corn, and 8.4 tons of grain processing products. Notable exports included peas to Bangladesh and the United Arab Emirates, and buckwheat to Australia, with a total of 3,154 phytosanitary certificates issued for these export consignments.
