The average selling price of top-grade raw milk is 44,599.87 RUB/t, while that of hard and soft cheeses is 947,486.51 RUB/t. The Tver branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for Agroanalysis" in collaboration with the regional Ministry of Agriculture conducts daily monitoring of prices for agricultural products and food. The analysis includes prices from large and medium-sized agricultural producers and processing enterprises in the region, which have a significant share in the production volume in the Tver region. According to the monitoring results on October 1, the average price for slaughter pigs from Tver producers was 128,791.13 RUB/t, for pork carcasses it was 205,516.84 RUB/t, and for broiler chickens it was 166,500.00 RUB/t. Raw cow's milk in the region was sold on average at 44,764.30 RUB/t, including top-grade at 44,599.87 RUB/t, first grade at 46,478.03 RUB/t.
