From December 16 to 21, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for Rostov, Volgograd and Astrakhan regions and the Republic of Kalmykia prevented the export of 15 tons of chilled fish to Azerbaijan. This decision was made after officials discovered that the electronic veterinary accompanying documents indicated the wrong storage and transportation method for the fish products. The manufacturer, Sedoy Caspian LLC, had marked 'frozen' instead of 'chilled' in the eVDS, leading to the ban on the release of the controlled goods.
