Despite a decrease in the harvest, Abkhazia has exported 2.4 times more tangerines to Russia than in the same period last year. The volume of imports of other autumn fruits, such as feijoa, persimmons, and lemons, has also increased compared to last year. The main importer of tangerines to Russia is Turkey, accounting for over 50% of all imports, with smaller quantities coming from countries like Abkhazia, Pakistan, Egypt, and Israel.
