Turkey's sesame exports skyrocketed

Muhammet Öztürk, President of the Aegean Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds and Products Exporters' Association, stated that sesame adds a different aroma and flavor to the taste of all the foods it is added to, and said that Turkey's sesame exports will increase by 195 percent in the January-February period of 2024, from 6 million 645 thousand dollars to 19 million.
