A sharp drop in Argentine milk production

In the month of February the volume produced in Argentina was 805 million liters of milk, this implies a value 15.7% below the previous month (-6.7% in the daily average) and 1.3% less than the same month of the previous year.
As analyzed by the Observatory of the Argentine Dairy Chain, "normally, production in January falls 9%, this year (-7.3%) less product has fallen compared to a month of January 2022, which was atypical in how Production came and how it continued, due to the strong thermal stress suffered by the herd in that month of last year.
