As of January 31, 2023, Paraguay exported 919 tons of poultry products to 11 markets. This figure meant an increase of 500 tons (119%), compared to the 419 tons shipped in the first month of the previous year. At the value level, in January the income from shipments of poultry products increased 317%, since USD 830,882 were generated, that is, USD 631,818 more than the same period of 2022, considering that the amount sent generated USD 199,064. According to data from Senacsa, up to January 31, 471 tons of chicken meat were shipped for USD 670,898, and 448 tons of poultry offal worth USD 159,984.
