For 9 months of this year, 2259.1 tons of fish were exported from Georgia. In monetary terms, the export of these products amounted to USD 1,167.1. The fish was exported to three countries - Azerbaijan, Armenia and Turkey. For 9 months of 2020, 50.6 tons of fish were sold from Georgia to Azerbaijan in the amount of 255.4 thousand dollars. For the same period last year, 31.4 tons of fish were exported to the neighboring Republic in the amount of 239.1 thousand dollars under the 0302 trademark, and the volume of fish exports for 9 months of 2018 amounted to 9.0 tons, in monetary terms - 56.0 thousand dollars. Geostat does not indicate whether these figures are local exports or re-exports. Most of the fish were sold to Turkey, where 2190.2 tons of fish were exported to the amount of 876.7 thousand dollars in 9 months of this year under the trade mark 0302.
