(One) Pork In terms of production, U.S. pork production in June was 95.9 million tons, down 0.3% year-on-year; from January to June, pork production was 617.4 million tons, down 1.0% year-on-year. In terms of trade, in June, U.S. pork exports increased year-on-year, while Brazilian pork exports decreased year-on-year. From the U.S. perspective, pork exports in June were 25.0 million tons, up 5.3% year-on-year. Of this, exports to China were 1.4 million tons, down 5.4% year-on-year. From January to June, pork exports were 158.0 million tons, down 2.4% year-on-year. Of this, exports to China were 8.5 million tons, down 4.1% year-on-year. From the Brazilian perspective, pork exports in June were 12.2 million tons, up 30.1% year-on-year. Of this, exports to China were 1.3 million tons, down 11.6% year-on-year.
