Following weaker activity in February and March, South Korean importers have shown renewed activity with two new purchases of feed corn. After not holding an international tender for barley last week, Jordan's MIT purchased 50,000 tons of feed barley at a slightly lower price than the previous purchase. After Bulgarian Buildcom's active participation in the recent international tenders in Jordan, the company managed to finalize a deal with MIT for 60,000 tons of bread wheat. A group of importers from Thailand concluded a deal to import 60,000 tons of feed wheat, which has increased in price by about $20/ton within three months. Tunisia's Office des Cereales (ODC) agreed to import 100,000 tons of bread wheat, with part of the grain in the purchase being of Bulgarian origin, offered at the lowest price.
