Sown areas: Winter wheat — 3.4 million hectares (72.1% of the forecast). The largest areas are in Dnipropetrovsk (372 thousand hectares) and Kirovohrad (321 thousand hectares) regions. Winter barley — 300.3 thousand hectares (52.1%). Leading in area are Mykolaiv (80 thousand hectares) and Dnipropetrovsk (32 thousand hectares) regions. Winter rye — 60.0 thousand hectares (86.5%).
