Terras Gauda group advances in the diversification strategy of its wines and expands the catalog with a new godello crafted in Pittacum Vineyards and Bodegas, under the DO Bierzo designation. It is called 'La Casona de Pittacum 2025', with 13% vol. alc., available in 0.75 cl format with an average unit price of 10.90 €. One of the distinctive features of this new variety is that it is sourced from high-altitude and mountain vineyards, where the colder climate and greater thermal amplitude help to enhance its qualities. According to Alfredo Marqués, the oenological director of Pittacum Vineyards and Bodegas, these high-altitude vineyards have become "indispensable protagonists" of their white godello wines.
