The latest forecast for the total EU cereal production in 2021/22 is 291 million tonnes, an increase of 3.4% year-on-year (+4.1% from the five-year average), due in particular to the recovery of wheat production estimated at 130.6 million tons (+7.3% compared to the five-year average).
