The region's farms had a good harvest, producing 392 thousand tons of corn, which was 105% more compared to the previous year, despite low yields due to cyclones and typhoons. The grain will be used for animal feed and poultry, as well as contribute to the national export project. The governor of the region, Oleg Kozhemyako, emphasized the importance of ensuring food security and announced increased budget support for agricultural producers in the coming years.
