Ukraine's exports of non-condensed milk and cream increased by 2.6% in the first half of 2023, reaching 15.7 thousand tons. In terms of value, the exports rose by 2.3%, totaling $9 million. Moldova was the largest buyer, accounting for 91.2% of the purchases. Meanwhile, the export of condensed milk and cream saw a significant increase of 32.8% in volume, totaling 17.4 thousand tons, but the value decreased by 6.2% to $43.9 million. Poland was the largest buyer, followed by Bangladesh and Israel. Additionally, the Odesa canning plant has started producing milk and cream for baby food.
