The government approved the resolution on the continuation and necessary financing of the Grain from Ukraine initiative of the President of Ukraine. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. "Our country remains one of the guarantors of global food security. Just this week, another ship was shipped with 30,000 tons of humanitarian wheat for Yemen. We are allocating the necessary funds for the initiative to continue," said the head of the Government.

According to the Prime Minister, an additional 125,000 tons of wheat or corn will be purchased, which will then be delivered as humanitarian cargo to African countries. In general, as part of the grain initiative, Ukraine has already sent more than 25 million tons of agricultural products through the Black Sea ports. ...
