LAS PALMAS DE GRAN CANARIA, 4 Aug. (EUROPA PRESS) - The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Government of the Canary Islands has granted direct aid to the owners of crop farms that have been affected by the La Palma volcano. These subsidies are granted to crops other than bananas, such as avocado, orange, tangerine, tropical pineapple, papaya, pitaya, pumpkin and sweet potato, to compensate for income losses suffered as a result of the volcanic eruption. , this has been communicated by the Government of the Canary Islands in a press release.
