In Denizli's Buldan district, demand for morel mushrooms has surged due to favorable climate conditions and abundant rainfall. These mushrooms are found in areas with concentrated pine trees. The price of morel has tripled and reached three times the cost of meat per kilo. Citizens are collecting these mushrooms for both consumption and sale, with some selling them for 200 TL (Turkish Liras) per kilo. However, there is concern for the mushrooms' deterioration due to potential weather changes.
