Between January and October of 2025, the export of panettone, one of the most emblematic and widely consumed products during the holiday season, reached $7,173,000, showing an increase of 3.6% compared to the same period of the previous year, when $6,921,000 was recorded, reported the Center for Research in Economics and Global Business of the Association of Exporters, CIEN-ADEX. According to the report "Panettones: Evolution of the International and National Market," the United States with $3,811,000 and Chile with $1,626,000 were the main destinations, registering variations of -1.4% and 25.3%, respectively. Both markets jointly concentrated 75.8% of the total exported.
