The volume of exports of sturgeon caviar to Vietnam from Russia's Vologda region has already exceeded the result of 2022

State inspectors of the North-Western Interregional Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor controlled a batch of sturgeon caviar weighing 31.9 kg, intended for export to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the official website of the department reports. The products of the fishery company, located in the Kaduysky district of the Vologda region, have been tested for compliance with all veterinary requirements of the importing country.
Based on the results of control measures, officials of the department issued a veterinary certificate, with which 700 cans of caviar were sent by air to their destination. It is worth noting that the volume of exports of sturgeon caviar to Vietnam has already surpassed the result of 2022. Last year, the country imported 15.7 kg of sturgeon caviar from the Vologda region. In general, according to information posted on the website of the Government of the Vologda Oblast, since the beginning of 2023, regional products have been exported to 21 countries, the leading partners in the supply of agricultural products are Uzbekistan, China, Kazakhstan. Export of products in the region is carried out by 10 enterprises of the agro-industrial complex.
