The WTO authorizes the EU to respond to the US over tariffs on Spanish black olive

An arbitration panel of the World Trade Organization (WTO) has authorized the European Union (EU) to impose on the United States retaliations worth $13.64 million (11.7 million euros) for failing to comply with previous rulings against its tariffs on black olives imported from Spain.
