The judicial fair has concluded and the mystery is over: Bioceres SA, an Argentine company on the verge of entering creditor proceedings due to payment cessation, has practically empty bank accounts. On December 5 last year, the offshore company Draco I Latam Spc Ltd, registered in the British Virgin Islands, filed an enforcement lawsuit with Secretariat 58 of Commercial Court 29 to request the collection of a promissory note issued by Bioceres for $106,417 that had matured on July 9, 2025. In this context, the attorney for Draco I Latam requested that, to guarantee the collection of the debt, the justice system should place an embargo on the balance of Bioceres' bank accounts at the institutions Santander, BBVA, Mariva, and Supervielle.
