On July 21, a transport carrying 30 Belarusian calves was detained in the Russian village of Lobok, as it was found to be in violation of transportation regulations. The cattle were being transported to the Belgorod region in a vehicle not approved for such use. The driver also failed to provide required veterinary documents and the calves' identification means were missing. As a result, the shipment was returned to the sender and an administrative case was initiated. This incident is similar to one that occurred three days earlier, where 30 calves were also detained and returned for the same violations.
