Turkey's citrus exports in the first half of the year increased by 11 percent compared to the same period last year, reaching $452.8 million. Tangerines were the most exported product, with an income of $228.5 million and a 35 percent increase. Kemal Kaçmaz, Deputy Chairman of the National Citrus Council, stated that the sector is working on new markets and expects exports to increase with the implementation of new economic decisions and measures.
