A tasting event to promote cereals, pulses, and oilseeds was held at the University of Nevada Las Vegas as part of the Turquality Project, a partnership between six food unions and the Ministry of Trade to boost food exports from Turkey to the USA. The event was attended by world-renowned chefs and buyers from leading restaurants and hotels in the USA. The goal of the project is to increase exports from the sectors of cereal legumes, oil seeds, and products to the USA to $1 billion.
