The Ministry is prioritizing providing opportunities and support for business in the farming sector to attract investor interest. The Job Creation Law offers a business licensing mechanism using a risk-based approach and assists entrepreneurs in business development. The farming sector in Indonesia has remained resilient and shown positive growth during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the highest growth of 16.24% in the second quarter of 2020.
