In February 2024, Ukraine saw a significant increase in dairy product exports, with a 22% rise in volume and 26% in monetary income, totaling 8.5 thousand tons worth $16.6 million. The main export categories were milk, cream, cheeses, ice cream, and butter. Despite a decrease in exports to Moldova and Georgia, there was an increase in exports of condensed milk to Moldova, Israel, and Poland. Butter exports increased by 17% in volume and 20% in revenue, while cheese exports rose by 30% in volume and 33% in revenue. However, the natural volumes of butter exports decreased to 553 tons in January-February 2024, a 212% reduction compared to the previous year.
