Beef In 2023, global beef production is forecast to decline slightly to 59.2 million tonnes. Although output is expected to increase in China, Brazil and Australia, it will decline in the US and EU. Global beef exports are also forecast to decline by 1.2% in 2023 to 12.1 million tonnes due to reduced demand, particularly to China.
