Brazil's pork production has seen a significant increase and is projected to surpass Canada's exports, making it the third-largest pork exporter in the world by the end of the decade, according to the USDA. This growth is due to a decrease in pork production in the European Union and the United States, along with African swine fever affecting China, a major importer. Brazil's export participation is expected to rise from 11.1% in 2021 to 14.8% in 2032.
