In Uzbekistan, the supermarket chain Korzinka has started selling kuksultan, a type of small plum, two weeks earlier than last year and at a price that is 2.4 times cheaper, making it available to customers at a more affordable rate this season. The starting price for this product in 2023 is two to 2.7 times lower than in 2022, offering a welcome reduction in the cost of this novelty fruit. The sales have so far been limited to two Korzinka stores in the capital city.
