The EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) has opened up unprecedented opportunities for Vietnamese rice. Data from the General Department of Customs shows that Vietnam's rice exports to the EU market in the first 11 months of 2021 have not yet recorded a sharp increase in volume, but the export price and value have increased significantly. .
