Agricultural machinery auctioneer, Cheffins, is coming to Northern Ireland to host a major on-site Vintage and Classic Tractor sale.

It marks only the third time in the firm’s 200-year history that it has brought one of its flagship auctions across the Irish Sea. The sale, comprising more than 60 vintage and classic tractors, will be offered on behalf of three private collectors, with all lots based in Newtownards and Ballymena. The auction will run as a timed online sale from Friday, March 13 to Tuesday, March 24, and is expected to attract bidders from across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. Auction The auction features a wide range of historically significant and well-preserved machinery, with one of the highlights being a 1970s County 1254, with an estimate of £50,000-£60,000. Other highlights include a 1990s Ford 7610 Series II, which is set to sell for £14,000-£16,000, and a 1990s New Holland 8670, which is offered with an estimate of £20,000-£25,000.
