GOAT In the first two months of 2022, there was an increase in goat meat production of 9.98%, with 150 tons more, than in the same period of 2021, reaching 1,658 tons. Andalusia leads this sector with 727 tons obtained, which represents an increase of 5.83% compared to the previous campaign; followed by Canarias, which repeats at 272 T; Murcia with a growth of 2.26% by adding 200 tons, while in Castilla y León there is an increase of 75% when reaching 164 tons, coming from the slaughterhouses.
