Chilean fresh fruit exports in January-September 2023 reached 2,138,000 tons, a decrease in volume of 7.3% but an increase in value of 11.3% compared to the same period the previous year. Cherries were the main species exported, accounting for 39.4% of the total value of fresh fruit exports, with China being the main destination. Table grapes, apples, and blueberries were also significant exports, with the US and China being the main buyers for each respective fruit.
