Despite facing historically high production costs in recent years, the sector is now in a more favorable situation, particularly with corn and soybean meal costs coming down. While certain costs like diesel and packaging remain high, exports are expected to be a key driver of the sector's growth, driven by rising global demand for chicken meat and eggs.
