According to the data of the expert-analytical service of the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine, at the end of the summer, the logistics of the export of dairy products improved in general. The export volume of non-condensed milk and cream continued to grow (August to July +33%), as well as milk and condensed cream (+32%), whey (+32%), butter (+23%). The export of fermented milk products remained at the same level. The volume of cheese exports for the month increased very slightly, and it is now 2.5 times less than the volume of cheese imported into Ukraine. At the same time, according to experts' conclusions, the dynamics of exports during all months of the war is unstable, the growth of exports is stable only for butter and cheese.
