Dairy products from US exporters, such as Cheddar Cheese, have been hit by recent Mexican regulations regarding cheese and their identification as "real cheese" according to Mexican guidelines. These restrictions have already increased the cost of exporting these American products to Mexico, since they have to be identified and certified according to new regulations imposed by Mexico.
