Company Story
In order to offer the global spice industry with herbs and spices from the Mediterranean and Middle East, DEFNE SPICES was founded in Izmir, Turkey in 2001.
Because of how dynamic the food industry is, DEFNE SPICES has quickly grown to become one of the top manufacturers of Turkish spices. We currently export our goods to over 25 different nations worldwide.
In our state-of-the-art facilities, we turn raw materials into high-quality, custom-made finished goods that are ready for use. We offer our spices in whole, sliced, calibrated, ground, and sterilized forms, depending on what our customers want. Conventional, organic, and sustainable items are all included in our curriculum.
