Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the data on Milk and Dairy Products Production for November 2021. Accordingly, 763 thousand 413 tons of cow's milk was collected by commercial dairy enterprises in November. In the January-November period, it increased by 2.2 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. Cow milk collected by commercial dairy enterprises in November was found to have an average of 3.5 percent fat, and an average of 3.2 percent protein. In November, compared to the same month of the previous year, drinking milk production by commercial dairy enterprises decreased by 3.9 percent and amounted to 132 thousand 923 tons.
