US hemp production and licensing increasing

Hemp production in the United States has increased significantly since 2018 when both hemp and hemp seeds were removed from the Drug Enforcement Agency's list of Controlled Substances under the Agriculture Improvement Act. Tennesse, Oregon, Kentucky, and Colorado lead in the number of hemp production licenses.
