Due to low harvest of rye in 2019, the prices for rye flour went up 40% YOY

The production of rye (1.4MMT) in Russia is the smallest in 50 years last season in 2019. Therefore, the current prices for rye-peeled flour are even higher than for wheat flour and amounted plus 40% compared to the last year.
